If your school’s Picture Day was today, you are still able to preorder a package up until retake day. Simply enter the school code provided to you on your school flier or contact our office and we will be happy to take your order. Your picture package will arrive at the school approximately 3-4 weeks after Picture Day.

Yes! Your student will bring home a photo insert from Timeless Image approximately 3-4 weeks after Picture Day with information on how to order pictures. The insert will include a preview of your child’s photo and a unique Access Code.  Click HERE to visit our ordering website.   You will be asked to enter your student’s Access Code.  You will then see your child’s photo along with background choices.  Choose a background and then click the “Buy Now” button in the lower right side of the screen and you will see all of our product and package options and pricing. The order will be shipped directly to your home within 10 business days.

We are sorry that happened! Simply send our customer service a message through our CONTACT PAGE or give us a call to have your package corrected and sent directly to your home.  Please share details of what package your ordered and what was missing or incorrect.  Be sure to provide your mailing address along with a  telephone number and email address so our Customer Service Department can contact you if we have any questions.

Absolutely!  If your child missed Fall Picture Day, we will be back to your school for Retake Day and look forward to photographing your child on that day.  Your school will know the date of retakes.  If your school has a Spring Fun Day and your child missed, unfortunately we do not offer retakes.  If you placed an order, please contact us and we can either use your child’s fall photo with the Spring backgrounds or we can issue a refund.

Retake Day is usually scheduled 5-6 weeks after the original Picture Day. Contact your school to find out the date and time of your Retake Day. If you would like your student to be re-photographed, return their original portraits to the photographer on Retake Day and we will retake their photo and print you a new package. If a student was absent on original Picture Day they will be photographed on Retake Day and can order pictures at that time.

If you are not satisfied with your portraits, mail your package back to Timeless Image within 30 days. Include the buyer’s name, address and phone number. A refund check will be mailed to your home within 30 days. Customer Service will be glad to assist you in the refund process or remedy any problems you have with your portraits.

Timeless Image is pleased to offer a wide variety of background choices that you may pick from for your portraits. Samples of the backgrounds we offer for Fall Pictures can be found on the Fall Pictures page. If you do not select a background, your portraits will be printed with our traditional background.  Backgrounds for Spring Fun Day can on the Fun Day page.  

You can save your Digital Download file to your computer or your phone.  We strongly recommend backing up the file in multiple locations.  You can download the file more than once. If your order was placed online you will get an email/text with a link to download your file.  When ordering with a flyer, you will receive an insert that will be delivered to the school with directions to download your file.  When using the link/QR Code from the insert, you will need to enter your child’s Online Code which is also listed on your insert.

After entering the Download Link you will see your child’s image and a “Download” button below.  Click there to download your photo.  Slightly below the Download Button is a button for downloading the Copyright Release.  This release will state that you can print from the digital file.  

When downloading to a computer, your files will likely be placed in your Download folder.

When downloading the Copyright Release to a phone, it should download to your files/download folder.

When downloading the image to an Android phone the image should download to your gallery in the Download Album. 

Steps for downloading the image to an iPhone will depend on the browser you are using.

For Chrome:
– click on the download button
– click “download” on the notification that pops up.
– then click “open in”
– in that menu find a click on “Open in Downloads”
– download folder should open and you should see the file.
– click on the file
– click on the down arrow which appears next to the file name at the top of screen
– in that menu, click “save to photos”

If you downloaded the photo in Chrome but did not move it to photos and need to do it at a later time, do the following:
– open Chrome
– click on the menu icon (3 dots)
– at the top, find the Download icon and click it.  
You will then be in the Download folder and follow the steps above.

For Safari:
– click on Download button
– click on “download” in notification that pops up
– image is now downloaded
– go into “search” on your iPhone and enter “downloads”
– click on Downloads
– you should see the image, click on image to open
– click on down arrow next to file name at the top of the screen
– click “save to photos”

If you would like to see your child’s image before you order you will need to wait until our lab has processed your school’s pictures. We will then upload all of the photographs onto our online ordering website. You child will receive an insert with your child’s unique Photo ID Code within 3-4 weeks of Picture Day. When you enter this code on our Order page, you will be able to view your image and preview different background choices before you purchase. If you choose to wait to order your pictures until after Picture Day, you will not have the same package selection of packages that were on the school picture day flyer. You will be able to order from an a-la-carte product and pricing list.  There will also be a fee for shipping to have your prints sent directly to your home.  

Wear something that makes you look good and feel great! Solid colors and subtle patterns work better than bold patterns and stripes. Choose something to compliment the background you selected.  Also keep in mind your school may have a dress code that also must be followed for school photos.

If your school offers a Class Composite and/or Yearbook in their picture packages, they will be delivered later in the school year. Class Composites usually arrive in the Winter and Yearbooks come in the Spring.
